Are you a landlord or property manager?

Paying the water bill can be easier for you and your tenants.

Instead of splitting the bill to pay a portion of your fixed wastewater charge each month, you can make a one-off annual payment each July.

How do I opt in? 

There are two ways to sign up for annual payment of the fixed wastewater charge:
  • Complete the online form, OR
  • Phone the billing services team on (09) 442 2222, press 3, then option 1.
