Repairing leaks is important. We offer leak allowances to encourage everyone to fix leaks as soon as they can – ideally within a week or two.
A leak allowance is a partial credit of kilolitres of water, which we may make at our discretion. The credit goes to your account after you have fixed a leak, and it will show on your next bill.

You are eligible to apply for the allowance if:
a. There has been no leak at the property in the last 2 years.
b. You do not have an irrigation or fire meter.
