Get account balance

When you pay your bill in full, your account balance is zero. This applies until the next monthly reading of your meter, when we send you a new bill.

Here’s how to get your account balance:

Phone us on (09) 442 2222, press 3. Please have your account number handy – you can find it at the top right of your bill.

Go online

Use MyAccount and check your account details any time.

Log in and go to Overview. The balance and amount due are set out under ‘Accounts’.
