Residential tenants

  • When you move in or out, your landlord or property manager is responsible for letting us know, unless you have agreed otherwise.

  • You must change automatic payments or other bill payments you have set up.

  • If you have set up a direct debit or recurring credit card payment for your water bill, you need to notify us that you are moving. Otherwise the payments will continue to be automatically withdrawn.
