Go online
Use MyAccount: Log in and go to ‘Billing history’ in the top bar. Select the account and month you want, and select ‘Show bills’. Then select ‘Download’ beside the bill you want.
If you are a tenant, you must be authorised by your landlord to manage the account online. Learn more:
